Ron Fossumis  celebrating 22 years with Bailey Properties following a 25 year career as a business owner. His skills in marketing, sales and management of his automobile companies transitioned smoothly into his real estate career. Ron’s achievements in real estate have not gone unnoticed. He received “Rookie of the Year” in his very first year in real estate and has continued as a top producing agent, earning many industry awards. In2014, he had the highest number of listings. In 2015, he had highest number of listings, the highest number of closed sales and  highest dollar volume in Bailey’s Aptos office! Ron’s education includes extensive real estate training in contracts and standards. He has achieved a high level of success in the upper-end residential sales market and has closed numerous ocean front property sales in Santa Cruz County.To further round out Ron’s qualifications, he is experienced in commercial development, residential construction and coastal development  valuable assets in this geographic area. Growing up at the beach and living in Capitola, Ron has a very deep understanding and love for Santa Cruz County. He highly values his community relations and networks. He raised four children in Santa Cruz and currently lives in Scotts Valley with his wife.
